THE CLAWED EXPERIENCE

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our booking policies:

• No Extra Guests: For the comfort and focus of all clients, we ask that no additional people be present in the service area during your appointment.
• Phone-Free Zone: To maintain a relaxing environment, we request that phones be put away while you are being serviced.
• Children Policy: For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in the service area during appointments.
• Age Policy: We kindly ask that clients be 12 years or older to book an appointment.
• Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit of your total service cost is required to secure your appointment. No deposit, no appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service completion.
• Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A fee of $1 per minute will be charged for any tardiness. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.
• Deposit Terms: All deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: To accommodate other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
• Policy Compliance: Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in removal from our client list.
